  "message": "riscv: update c-variadic test for LLVM changes\n\nLLVM 23 is now handling register allocation slightly differently and\nonly uses CostPerUse\u003d1 in -O{s,z} instead of unconditionally. This\ncauses the -O3 behavior in this test to be a little smarter and skip\nsome moves.\n\nI have attempted to make the test pass on both LLVM 22 and 23 without\noverly weakening it. Hopefully this is good enough!\n",
