  "message": "bootstrap: move debug-prefix-map C flags to LLVM CMake build\n\nThe `-fdebug-prefix-map` flags in `cc_unhandled_cflags` served three\nkinds of consumers.\n\n* The cc-rs-driven C/C++ builds inside cargo:\n  They now inherit the same remap pairs from cargo trim-paths\n  so passing the flag through `CFLAGS` there is redundant.\n* The CMake-driven LLVM build:\n  This is the one we need the remaps.\n* The remaining callers\n  (`compiler_file` probing, cc detection, test fixtures):\n  They never produce distributed artifacts.\n",
